WP1 - SustAInLivWork CoE Setup and management

Lead Beneficiary – KTU

The goal is to set-up the SustAInLivWork CoE in terms of organisation and management, with long-lasting mindset, ensuring long-term self-sustainability as a scientific lighthouse in Baltic Sea Region and beyond.

Key objectives:

  • To establish the CoE governance foundations, based on the partners cooperation;
  • To ensure the operational support for SustAInLivWork for long-term self-sustainability enabling the CoE with all the necessary resources (infrastructure, equipment, HR, financial resources, etc.).
  • To set-up (upgrade) the advanced infrastructure of SustAInLivWork CoE.
