SustAInLivWork in MERIThON in Vilnius
The second MERIThON is taking place in Vilnius from 19 to 22 November 2024. This event is organised through the collaborative efforts of the SustAInLivWork and MERIT projects, offering a comprehensive mentorship programme and a platform for participants to generate ideas, present their work, and share their findings.
The MERIT project focuses on developing next-generation master’s programmes aimed at enhancing advanced digital skills. Meanwhile, the SustAInLivWork project is establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Lithuania, dedicated to developing and implementing cutting-edge research and innovation (R&I) solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to foster sustainable living and working. These projects complement each other, creating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and smoother application of newly acquired expertise in both industry and research.
The MERIThON event invites everyone interested in exploring the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or proposing innovative ideas for using AI and other technologies to address various industrial and societal challenges.
The second day of the event includes a special session dedicated to the SustAInLivWork project, with keynote speakers focusing on the topic of Sustainable Buildings for Smart Cities. Experts involved in the project will share their insights and experiences in sustainable development, guide participants in idea generation, and provide mentorship.
